Reporting a Vulnerability

Dreamtel takes the security of our systems and our customers' data seriously. If you have discovered a security vulnerability in any of our services, we encourage you to report it to us immediately.

How to Report

Please email your findings to security@dreamtel.com.au. In your report, please include:

• A description of the vulnerability.
• Steps to reproduce the issue.
• Any relevant screenshots or code snippets.

Our Response

We are committed to addressing security issues promptly. Upon receiving a report, we will:

• Acknowledge receipt of your report within 2 business days.
• Investigate the issue and determine its impact.
• Keep you informed of our progress.
• Notify you when the vulnerability has been resolved.

Safe Harbor

If you conduct your security research in good faith and in accordance with this policy, we will not pursue legal action against you. We ask that you:

• Do not exploit the vulnerability to access or modify data that does not belong to you.
• Do not degrade the performance of our services (e.g., DoS attacks).
• Give us a reasonable amount of time to fix the issue before disclosing it publicly.
