1. Prohibited Activities
You may not use our Services to:
- Unsolicited Communications: Transmit "junk mail", "spam", "chain letters", or unsolicited mass distribution of messages or calls.
- Fraud & Impersonation: Engage in spoofing, phishing, or impersonating any person or entity without express authorization (e.g., Wangiri fraud, CLI spoofing).
- Illegal Content: Transmit content that is harassing, defamatory, obscene, or violates any applicable law.
- Network Abuse: Attempt to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security of, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.
2. Robocalling & Autodialing
Use of autodialers must comply strictly with the Telecommunications (Telemarketing and Research Calls) Industry Standard and foreign equivalents (e.g., TCPA in the US). We reserve the right to throttle or suspend traffic that exhibits patterns indicative of non-compliant high-velocity dialing.

- investigate suspected violations using MCP agentic lookups and manual review.
- suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice if we reasonably believe you have violated this AUP.
