Our platform operates on a "Privacy by Design" basis. We fundamentally separate intelligence from media transport.
- No Audio Persistence: We do not record, buffer, or store audio streams. All voice media remains on your existing carrier trunks or private network infrastructure.
- No Content Analysis: We do not transcribe or analyze the content of your conversations unless explicitly requested via specific AI service modules, which operate on ephemeral streams.
- Signaling Only: Our involvement is limited to SIP signaling and API decisioning (e.g., "Allow", "Block", "Brand") required to govern the interaction.
3. Information We Collect
We collect only the metadata necessary to provide our services and ensure compliance:
- Telecommunications Metadata: Calling Party Number (CLI), Called Party Number (DNIS), Timestamp, Duration, and SIP Response Codes.
- Account Information: Business name, authorized contact details, and billing information.
- Technical Logs: API access logs, IP addresses, and user agent strings for security and audit purposes.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use metadata solely for:
- Service Provisioning: Authenticating calls and applying governance rules (e.g., time-of-day blocking).
- Compliance Washing: Checking numbers against Do Not Call registers (e.g., ACMA DNCR) and internal suppression lists.
- Reputation Management: Verifying identity for branding services (Google Verified Calls, Apple Business Connect).
- Billing & Analytics: Aggregating usage statistics for invoicing and client reporting.
5. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your data. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:
- Carrier Partners: To assert identity (STIR/SHAKEN certification) or register branding assets with ecosystem providers (Google, Apple, Samsung).
