Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Customer", "Client") and DreamTel Pty Ltd ("Dreamtel", "us", "we"). By accessing or using our APIs, SIP redirection services, or dashboard (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

Dreamtel provides an intelligence layer for telecommunications, including branding orchestration, compliance governance, and architectural consulting. We are not a carrier. We do not provide carriage services, public switched telephone network (PSTN) connectivity, or emergency calling (000/911) services.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees are calculated based on your Service Order or active subscription tier.

5. Intellectual Property

Dreamtel retains all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including our decisioning algorithms, MCP server logic, and API schemas. You retain ownership of your customer data and branding assets.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dreamtel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount paid by you to Dreamtel in the six (6) months preceding the event.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Dreamtel harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, including any regulatory fines (e.g., ACMA breaches) resulting from your outbound communications.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
